Are you struggling with issues related to trauma, addiction, depression, or anxiety? Or do you want to strive while going through major life changes? There comes a time when you need some help to cope with many of life’s challenges. I am a certified life coach in the Greater Vancouver area, and I would love to help you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. I am also certified in positive psychology.
